How the Custom Manufacturing Process Works
Typical delivery to U.S. addresses: ~19 calendar days from deposit & artwork approval.

Order Confirmation
Approve the quotation and pay a 50% deposit invoice.

Pre-Production Proof
Receive a digital or physical sample for approval before production starts.
Production

Do you provide quotes over the phone? ⌄
No. Accurate price quotes require calculations based on your specifications. We’re happy to answer questions by phone before you send a full inquiry by email.
What is the minimum order value? ⌄
Minimum order starts at $300 USD, depending on product and printing. Many items can start from 100 pcs (e.g., silicone wristbands, textile keychains, microfiber cloths, 3D epoxy stickers, fans, carabiners).
Do you provide free samples? ⌄
Yes. Available samples from previous productions help you evaluate quality, materials, and finishes. Some are free; others may involve a small processing + shipping fee. Prototype samples for new designs can be arranged.
Do you offer graphic design services? ⌄
Artwork preparation isn’t included. If you don’t have print-ready vector files, we can assist for an additional fee ($50–$200 USD, depending on complexity).
What is the “production preparation” fee? ⌄
Covers setup for molds, layouts, and materials to ensure flawless production. Typical range: $40–$160 USD per design/product type.
How much is the deposit? ⌄
A 50% advance is required to start production. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon completion and shipped with your order.
Can I order just one prototype? ⌄
Yes. Prototype samples are possible but charged separately. Typical cost: $200 USD per prototype + mold fee (if required).
What is the production and delivery time for small orders? ⌄
Production: 7–14 business days • Delivery: 5–7 days (air freight) • Total: ~19 days from artwork approval & deposit.
Do print colors need Pantone® codes? ⌄
Not always. Pantone® is needed only when strict corporate color matching is required. High-quality vector PDFs often suffice.
What file formats do you accept? ⌄
Preferred: .pdf, .ai, .eps, .svg. High-resolution .jpg may be acceptable for simpler designs, though vector is recommended.
Do you provide consulting for custom manufacturing? ⌄

What’s the best time frame to plan my order? ⌄
Plan 3–6 months ahead if you want to save on shipping costs. Air freight ≈ 19 days total; sea freight ≈ 50–70 days for bulk orders.
Can shipments be combined? ⌄
Yes. We can consolidate custom-made orders with non-custom items into one shipment to reduce costs.
