If customer agree with quotation, confirm and order promotional gifts production. All customers will be asked to pay deposit 50% of the total order costs.

We will create product artwork design free. Artwork design free creation must be agreed and discussed in advance.

Customer artwork design approval.

We start production after customer artwork design approval and 50% deposit receipt on bank our account. During production you can ask for final product sample.

The final products will be deliver from producer to our office immediately.

The final products will be delivered to your office immediately we received them from producer. The delivery to your office in not calculated to total cost order.

Artwork change

The artwork you send to us when you place the order is considered to be the final version, any changes to be made after this are not acceptable unless we confirmed the changes to you via email, fax or in writing. If you would like us to change the artwork for you, there will be a minimum surcharge of 20USD/15EUR
