SPECIFICATIONS OF THE REQUESTED PRODUCT
An accurate product or custom manufacturing specification will help us get a realistic idea of the item you are enquiring about. This will enable us to produce the most accurate price quote. Please include in the correct inquiry:product specifications: type of material, product dimensions, number of colours of printing, design – 2D, 3Dpackaging specification: individually packed in OPP bag, without packaging, required certification
SUPPLY LINE
The delivery time for custom-made items is normally 19 days from the binding order, payment of the deposit and approval of the pre-production preview. We always endeavour to meet the agreed delivery time, but it must be taken into account that these are imported goods. Third parties and influences enter into the shipping process – for example public holidays etc.There is also a wide range of98% of orders are completed within the agreed delivery time.
GRAPHIC DOCUMENTS
It is not necessary to supply high quality graphic documents for the preparation of the quotation. For a more realistic idea, a picture, photograph or simple drawing is sufficient. For the actual production of custom-made items, it is necessary to supply graphic documents in vector format – ideally pdf or .ai, .eps, .svg. Furthermore, you need to supply an image with specified colours in Pantone codes.Preparation of graphic documents for production is not included in our service offer. We will send you a final pre-production proof for approval before launch.

Custom made promotional items and FAQs
1/2 year to one year – Significant financial savings are made in shipping, which takes around one month by train or ship. So if you are limited by budget, early planning is a significant savings. So production, production communication and logistics will take about 3 months overall if you choose this long-term strategy.
The production itself is usually within 10 days. Another 9 days is the actual air freight or the aggregation of volumes for shipping. For 95% of orders, lead time is 19 calendar days from production confirmation, pre-production preview approval and deposit payment. Very often the communication – approval – internal processes time is longer than the actual production time.
Volume discounts in production and transport play a significant role. 28 m3 is the usable volume of a small shipping container, this is also the economic transport volume – then its multiples (a large shipping container is two small ones).
Unless otherwise agreed, the amount of the custom production deposit is 50% of the total order price.
We will arrange for the transport and customs clearance of non-commissioned products together with the production ordered from our company.
