Promotional Product Samples
Thinking about custom promotional production and want to see some of our previous work? We’ll gladly provide you with samples of promotional products so you can check the quality, materials, finishing, and packaging before placing a bulk order.
Because certain samples are complex or expensive to manufacture, and due to limited sampling capacity, we offer two types of samples. In both cases, you cover the processing, packing, and freight.
We only send available samples from past projects, which means they may be similar to your requested product rather than identical. We always do our best to select the closest possible match. Need us to create one piece of your exact custom product as a prototype? No problem. We can arrange this. Prototyping is a more demanding process and is charged from £150 per unit + tooling cost (if required for production).
Free Promotional Product Samples
Some promotional product samples are available free of charge. You only cover processing, packing, and freight.
Typical free samples include
- Silicone wristbands with print, deboss, or emboss
- Microfibre cleaning cloths
- Temporary tattoos
- Fridge magnets
- Bandages – individually packed
- 3D epoxy stickers
- Fans – paper or textile with print
- Car air fresheners – paper
- Badges & lapel pins
- Keyrings (EVA, metal, plastic)
- Carabiners
- Fortune cookies with messages in various styles
Paid Promotional Product Samples
Some samples are charged due to the higher cost and complexity of production.
Typical paid samples include
- Custom-made or modified cufflinks
- Money clips
- Tie clips
- Kaleidoscopes
- Plush toys
- Sand timers
- Magic cubes (with or without stickers)
- Other high-value or labour-intensive promotional products
How to Order Promotional Samples
Ordering samples is simple. Just fill out the Sample Order Form below:
- Complete all required fields in the form. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, please include it in the message section.
- Select the sample(s) you’d like to receive.
- Specify any details (size, material, finish, etc.) so we can send the closest possible match.
- Submit the form.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation.
- We’ll issue an invoice for the processing & freight.
- Once payment is received, your samples will be dispatched promptly to the delivery address.
