Do you provide quotes over the phone? ⌄
No. Accurate quotes need written details. We’re happy to answer questions by phone before you email your enquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity? ⌄
The minimum order value is usually AU$500, depending on product and print type.
Many products can start from 100 pcs (e.g., silicone wristbands, textile keychains, microfibre cloths, 3D epoxy stickers, fans, carabiners).
Do you provide free samples? ⌄
Yes. Available samples can be shipped to you—some free, others at a small cost for preparation and delivery.
Do you provide graphic design services? ⌄
Graphic design isn’t included as standard. We require vector artwork, but can assist with adjustments (fees depend on complexity).
What is the “production preparation” fee? ⌄
Technical setup before production; typically AU$60–AU$250 depending on product complexity.
How much is the deposit? ⌄
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance is due prior to delivery.
Can I order just one prototype sample? ⌄
Yes—prototyping is available. Costs start from around AU$300 per design, plus any mould or tooling fees.
What are the delivery times for small orders? ⌄
Production: 7–14 business days. Delivery is included in the typical ~19-day turnaround to Australia.
Do print colours need Pantone® codes? ⌄
Not always. Pantone® is only required if you need precise brand colour matching.
What file formats do you accept? ⌄
Vector formats: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG. High-resolution JPG may be acceptable for simple products.
