Our Comprehensive Process
Step 1: Understanding the Client’s Needs
INDIGOPRINT provided detailed specifications:
- Model Type: Volvo trucks with a durable metal build and a plastic trailer.
- Scale and Dimensions: 1:87 scale, measuring 19 x 3 x 4.5 cm.
- Logo Placement: A 15.5 x 3 cm area on the trailer’s side panel.
- Packaging: Transparent plastic boxes for optimal presentation.

We offered a detailed cost estimate:

- 50–100 units: AU$4–AU$20 / NZ$4.50–NZ$21 per unit, depending on the complexity of customisation.
- 100+ units: AU$15 / NZ$16 per unit.
- Preparation Fee: AU$120 / NZ$130 for custom logo design setup.
- Minimum Order Requirement: AU$400 / NZ$430, including preparation fees and at least 50 units.
- Delivery Terms: Prices included shipping across Australia and New Zealand but excluded GST.
INDIGOPRINT confirmed their order for 100 units with black logo printing on both the trucks and their packaging.
Step 3: Precision Design and Production
To ensure the highest quality, we followed these steps:
- Mockup Creation: We developed and shared pre-production mockups, which INDIGOPRINT approved.
